Common use of Disposition of Recommendations Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Recommendations. 2 All written recommendations submitted by the Committee to the 3 nursing administration shall be referred to appropriate committees or 4 Chief Human Resources Officer or designee. An explanatory written 5 response or report shall be made to the Committee by the nursing 6 administration concerning the action taken on each recommendation 7 or suggestion or describing the procedure being used to consider and 8 implement such recommendation or suggestion, or the rational for not 9 adopting the recommendation. Such report shall be made to the 10 Committee within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery of the 11 written recommendation. The Hospital and PNCC shall cooperate to 12 assure that written recommendations, responses and PNCC minutes 13 are made available to all bargaining unit nurses within thirty (30) days 14 of their approval or delivery.
