Providing for Settlor’s Spouse. If it is necessary to provide institutionalized care for the Settlor, the Trustee is authorized to use as much of Trust Property as the Trustee deems advisable to provide for the Settlor’s spouse in a manner consistent with government requirements and regulations relating to financial provision for a non-institutionalized spouse, including but not limited to a qualified Medicaid spousal annuity.
