NO UNINTENDED BENEFICIARIES. In no event shall this Agreement confer upon any third person, corporation, or entity the right to any cause of action or damages against any party hereto.
NO UNINTENDED BENEFICIARIES. No person shall acquire, by operation of law, any interest in Trust Property by virtue of relationship to a beneficiary, unless that person is a member of a beneficiary class.
NO UNINTENDED BENEFICIARIES. No person or entity is intended as third party beneficiary of this Agreement. No person or entity (other than the Parties to this Agreement and their respective successors and permitted assigns) will have any right to enforce any term of this Agreement.
NO UNINTENDED BENEFICIARIES. This Agreement is solely between the parties hereto, and shall not create any right or benefit in any third party, including without limitation any creditor, agent, contractor, employee or affiliate of Ensign or Shareholder.
