DISPUTE AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. 18.1 In the event that a dispute arises between the College and the Association or between the College and one or more Members regarding the interpretation, application, or alleged violation of this Agreement, including any question as to whether the difference is arbitrable, the dispute shall be settled by way of the procedures set out below. 18.2 The following procedure applies to disputes between the College and the Association:
