DISPUTE SETTLEMENT/ARBITRATION. Landlord and Student agree to work in good faith toward the resolution of any dispute covered by this Contract. Unresolved disputes not otherwise required to be submitted to arbitration by the terms of this Contract may be submitted to binding arbitration outlined in the Approved Housing Guidebook. All parties agree to abide by the decision rendered by the arbitration board including any monetary award made.
