STORAGE POLICYNo storage outside of the Resident’s unit is authorized, permitted, or provided under this Agreement. Resident agrees to keep personal property inside Resident’s unit, unless Landlord has expressly agreed otherwise in writing in an addendum to this Agreement. Resident shall refrain from storing gasoline, cleaning solvent or other flammable liquids in the unit.

STORAGE POLICY. Once the repair of the vehicle is completed, the vehicle must be picked up and paid in full within 72 hours of notice or storage charges will accrue. If vehicle is returned to a Customer before repairs are performed, storage beginning the day the vehicle was brought in, diagnostic charges, xxx xxxx, handling charges, will be paid before the vehicle is released. No storage is due if the vehicle is repaired at AFA, except as stated hereinabove.
STORAGE POLICYTo the extent storage is explicitly specified in any Product documentation, Output and/or Customer Content, as applicable, will be stored subject to the duration and storage space limitations set forth therein. In all other cases, Output and Customer Content are not stored. Output and Customer Content will be automatically deleted within 30 days after the termination of this Agreement. Customer may delete Output and Customer Content at any time.

STORAGE POLICY. Bunkhouse Apartments can provide limited space for the storage of personal property belonging to individuals who have signed a contract and paid the required deposit for a future semester. A storage waiver must be signed and turned in to the manager before anything can be stored.
STORAGE POLICY. A benefit of the service is the ability to store photos in each user’s account. Subject to these terms, as long as a user is an active participant in the Service, LifePics will offer free, unlimited storage, for non- commercial purposes, of their digital photos that are uploaded to their account. Storage terms may change without notice. A condition of storage of photos is the “Active Participation” in the Service. Active Participation is defined as logging-in to a user’s account at least once every 6 months with no purchase requirements. If the user’s account is inactive for a period of over 6 months, LifePics may remove and discard any Content, including all information, communications, postings, albums, image files or any other content within the Service. LifePics will attempt to contact each user via e-mail to notify them of their account status and of the pending expiration of the images based on inactivity. It is still the user’s responsibility to perform the minimum requirements to maintain their active status, regardless of whether such notification ever reaches them or not. LifePics may terminate a user’s account for any activity that in the sole opinion of LifePics or Dealer constitutes an abuse of the Membership or a violation of these Terms.

  • Leave Policies Section A Leave Days Teachers will be granted twelve (12) leave days per contract year. 1. If requesting more than two consecutive leave days, an explanation may be requested by administration before approval is given. This request must be made to administration at least five (5) days before absence occurs. 2. A leave day request will not be granted prior to or following the non-school days as indicated by the school calendar, not including Saturday and Sunday. A request will not be granted on the first or last day of the school calendar. A teacher will need special permission to use leave days during the month of May. Any request for leave during May should be made as far in advance as possible. 3. At the end of the year, teachers will notify the district office what they would like to have done with their unused leave days. Teachers have two options which may be used separately or in combination: a. Teacher can transfer all or part of their remaining days to their individual sick leave bank, providing their maximum accumulation of leave days does not exceed eighty (80) days. b. Up to three (3) days of the current year may be sold back to the District at a rate of $100 per day. Teachers will notify the District Office which option they choose on the end of the year checkout form. Section B Emergency, Sick Leave, Bereavement, Family and Medical Leave Act 1. Sick or bereavement leave can be used for an employee’s parents, spouse, siblings, grandparents, children, step-children, and other relatives for whom the employee is the legal guardian, has power of attorney, or is declared the primary caregiver. 2. Teachers in USD No. 507 shall be allowed to transfer leave days to any teacher who, due to illness or accident, has used all of his/her leave days. No teacher will be able to use more than 80 days. These transfers shall be made only on an “as needed” basis and shall come from the donating employee’s individual sick leave bank. 3. Teachers in USD No. 507 shall be allowed to utilize two (2) days/year of accrued sick leave for emergency purposes. Those emergencies shall be unforeseen situations which keep a teacher from being physically present for work and that are not covered in other leave policy provisions. The Superintendent of USD No. 507 shall receive within five (5) days of the teacher’s return a written request requesting said leave specifically noted. Superintendent shall have sole authority for granting emergency leave 4. Teachers will be allowed to use quarter-hour units of sick leave for doctor appointments with the approval of the building principal. The teacher desiring the hour units will request another teacher to cover his/her class if needed. Said arrangements must meet prior approval of the building principal. 5. Teachers in USD No. 507 having used all of his/her personal business leave and any accrued comp time may use up to two (2) days of accrued sick leave for the birth of a grandchild. 6. Leave as required by Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) will comply with federal law (reference xxx.xxx.xxx). 7. An appeal for leave involving extraordinary circumstances may be made to the Superintendent. Section C Leave without Pay Leave without pay may be used only after all other options have been exhausted unless approved by the Superintendent.

  • Title Policy The Title Company shall be prepared to issue, upon payment of the title premium at its regular rates, a title policy in the amount of the Purchase Price, insuring title to the Property is vested in the Purchaser or its designee or assignee, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions, with such endorsements as shall be reasonably required by the Purchaser.

  • Title Insurance Policy In all cases, the Seller undertakes to remove any encumbrance that will materially interfere with the procurement of a title insurance policy or financing necessary for the purchase of the Property, whether the same is included in the above enumeration or not.
