The parties to the Agreement recognise that from time to time an employee may have a dispute and/or grievance which needs to be resolved in the interest of good employer – employee relationships. It is the objective of this procedure to ensure that such disputes and/or grievances are resolved by negotiation and discussion between the employee and employer.
