Disputes arising under this Contract. The parties agree that any disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arkansas. Jurisdiction of any disputes shall properly be in the Circuit Court of Saline County, Arkansas.
Disputes arising under this Contract. A. The parties shall endeavor to resolve their claims by mediation as a condition proceeding arbitration by either party. If mediation should fail, the parties agree to submit the controversy to arbitration which shall be in accordance with the Texas Uniform Arbitration Act and any other procedural rules agreed upon by the parties or mandated by the arbitrator.
