Settlement of Disputes; Arbitration. 14.1 All claims by the Executive for benefits under this Agreement shall be directed to and determined by the Board and shall be in writing. Notwithstanding anything in this Article to the contrary, if the Executive prevails with respect to any dispute submitted to arbitration under this Article, the Company will reimburse or pay all reasonable legal fees and expenses that the Executive incurred in connection with that dispute as required by Section 3.05.
