Disputes Concerning Checkoff. 22 - Any dispute between the Union and the Employer which may arise as to whether or not an employee properly executed or properly revoked an authorization for checkoff, shall be a proper subject for a special conference. Until the matter is disposed of, no further deductions shall be made.
