UNION DUES, INITIATION FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES. A. Payment by Checkoff 15 - The Employer will check off initiation fees and biweekly dues, or service charges, on the basis of individually signed voluntary checkoff authorization cards on forms that have been agreed to by the Employer and the Union. Employees shall tender the initiation fee uniformly required as a condition of acquiring membership in the Union and biweekly membership dues, or service charges, by signing the proper authorization for checkoff form. Employees who are members of the Union must remain members for the duration of the Agreement.

Payment by Checkoff or Direct to Union -13 The Employer will check off initiation fees and biweekly dues, or service charges, on the basis of individually signed voluntary checkoff authorization cards in forms that have been furnished by the Union. (The Union will request a Special Conference over its intent to change the content of the authorization cards.) Employees may tender the initiation fee uniformly required as a condition of acquiring membership in the Union and biweekly membership dues, or service charges, by signing the proper authorization. The Employer will present employees with checkoff authorization cards at the time of initial employment within the bargaining unit. If the employee chooses not to authorize payroll deduction at the time the card is presented, the Employer will notify the Union and identify the employee and department where he/she is employed.

An Employee may revoke their voluntary check-off authorization at any time by submitting notice on an authorized form to the Employer’s payroll office and the Union’s Financial Secretary via certified or U.S. mail. Certified mail is preferred. Such forms shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt. The parties agree to discuss ways to electronically transmit authorizations, revocations, and/or deductions when both parties have the capabilities to do so.

  • FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • Other Fees and Charges Additional fees (including but not limited to, property taxes, fuel surcharges, interest fees, license fees, and late payment fees except where permitted by section 215.422(3)(b), F.S.) or fees not permitted elsewhere in the Contract are prohibited. Contract Exhibit B ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS The sections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety or added as follows:

  • CONTRACT LIMIT, FEES AND EXPENSES changing the not-to-exceed amount of the Contract from ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($1,790,000.00) to TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($2,100,000.00), as approved by the Executive Director on October 22, 2021.

  • Collection Fees If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.

  • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.

  • Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.
