Seniority Units. Seniority Unit" is defined as all employees in bargaining units represented by the Union in each agency as listed in Appendix G.

Seniority Units. For the purposes of Clauses 31.3(a) and 31.5(a) of the Master Agreement, a Ministerial Seniority Unit shall be the seniority unit as defined in Appendix 3 - Seniority Units for Layoff and Recall of Auxiliary Employees pursuant to Clause 11.2 of this Agreement.
Seniority Units. There shall be one (1) seniority unit in the elementary school composed of teachers assigned to kindergarten through sixth (6th) grade inclusive. except for those teachers who are specifically assigned to one of the other seniority units listed below.
Seniority Units. (a) The Union and the Employer agree to the Seniority Units in Appendix C.
(b) The Employer will consult with the Union on the Seniority Units including any planned changes (amendments, alterations, additions or deletions). Human Resources will provide the reasons that have led to the planned changes to the Union.
(c) If the Union believes that the planned changes are significantly detrimental to its members, the Union will provide to Human Resources the reasons for their belief and present alternatives without unreasonable delay. Human Resources will then convene a meeting with the Union prior to implementing any such planned changes in order to discuss the impact, ramifications and effect upon employee(s). The parties will attempt to reach mutual agreement upon the planned changes without unreasonable delay.
(d) Failing mutual agreement, the Employer may implement any planned changes (or otherwise modified planned changes), as it believes that such planned changes do not undermine the integrity of the bargaining unit. Subsequently, the Union may submit a policy grievance under Common Provisions Article 14 (Dispute Resolution Process).
(e) The Employer agrees to notify affected employees of any planned change to Seniority Units.
Seniority Units. There is only one seniority unit referred to as the Operations and Maintenance Unit. For the purpose of this Agreement, the Operations and Maintenance Unit will include all employees represented under this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Seniority Units. There is no intent to change the compliment of seniority units in the updating of Ministry names.
Seniority Units. For the purpose of this Agreement, a seniority unit shall mean the bargaining unit certified by the NLRB or as provided by law for each of the groups covered by this Agreement. No employee shall accumulate seniority in any seniority unit other than the seniority unit in which they work. No employee in a seniority unit shall be permitted to bump or cross-bid one seniority unit to another. Employees accepting employment in another bargaining unit may not bump back to their former unit.
