Disputes Defined. For purposes of this Section 16, “Dispute” means any dispute that arises under or in connection with this Agreement and includes any failure to agree upon the Electricity Transfer Price, the Gas Transfer Price or the amounts contemplated by Section 6.2 or any of the factors that go into determining such prices.
Disputes Defined. Differences between the Parties as to the interpretation, application or administration of the this Agreement, findings or determinations under this Agreement or any matter in question relating to the performance of the work or services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement, or any failure to agree where agreement between the Parties is called for or such similar events (collectively, the “Disputes”) shall be settled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of this Article 7.
