Common use of Disputes, Etc Clause in Contracts

Disputes, Etc. Prompt written notice of any claims, proceedings, or disputes, or to the knowledge of the Borrower threatened, or affecting the Borrower, or any of its Subsidiaries which, if adversely determined, could reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Change, or any material labor controversy of which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has knowledge resulting in or reasonably considered to be likely to result in a strike against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries; and

Prompt written notice of any claims, litigation, proceedings, or disputes, or to the knowledge of the Borrower threatened, or affecting the Borrower, or any of its Significant Subsidiaries which, if adversely determined, that could reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Change, or any material labor controversy of which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has knowledge resulting in or reasonably considered to be likely to result in a strike against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries; andEffect;
