Disputes with Remitly. please contact us first. If a dispute arises between you and Remitly, our goal is to learn about and address your concerns. Disputes between you and Remitly regarding the Service may be reported to us using the email address: [xx-xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx](mailto:xx-xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx); or by mail at Remitly Europe Limited, 7th Floor, Xxxxxxx Two, Xxxxxxx Dock, Cork, X00 XX00, Ireland. Remitly will investigate complaints regarding the Services and provides you with the response in writing or another durable medium no later than within 15 business days from the receipt of the complaint. In exceptional cases where Remitly’s response cannot be given within this period due to reasons beyond the Remitly’s control, Remitly has the right to provide you with an interim response, clearly stating the reasons for the delay of the final response. In any case the final response must be provided no later than within 35 business days from receipt of your complaint. Your complaint will be investigated free of charge.
