Tracing your payments. If you ask us to trace a payment you made to a Recipient in the EEA we will do so and let you know of the outcome. Please also contact us if you sent a valid Transaction to a Recipient in the EEA and they receive it later than what we have agreed under this Agreement (see section 5).
