Disqualification of Former Employees The Consultant represents that it is familiar with Chapter 12.10 of the City’s Municipal Code, which generally prohibits a former City officer and a former designated employee from providing services to the City connected with his/her former duties or official responsibilities. The Consultant shall not use either directly or indirectly any officer, employee or agent to perform any services if doing so would violate Chapter 12.10. The Consultant’s violation of this Subsection 21.2 is a material breach.
Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.
Designation of Key Personnel The Contractor’s Contract Manager for this engagement shall Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Phone: 000-000-0000, Email Address: xxxx.xxxxxxx.ignite@xxxxx.xxx. The City’s Contract Manager for the engagement shall be Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Phone: 000-000-0000, Email Address: Xxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The City and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
