Members of the Design-Builder’s staff who are authorized to hire, supervise, promote, and discharge Employees or recommend such action or are substantially involved in such action shall be made fully aware of and shall implement the Design-Builder’s EEO policy and contractual responsibilities to provide equal employment opportunity in each grade and classification of employment.
