Dissolution of Association. In the event that the association disbands, dissolves, or the agreement between the association and the Department is terminated for any reason whatsoever, all profits that have accrued to the association as a result of the association/Department agreement shall be donated to the Department. Dissolution of Association. In the event of dissolution of the association, in accordance with the terms of its Articles of Incorporation, each lot shall continue to be subject to the annual assessment specified in Section I of this Article, and each Owner shall continue to be personally obligated for such assessment, to the extent that such assessments are required to enable the grantee of the real property owned by the Association to properly maintain it. In no event, however, shall the assessment exceed the amount that would otherwise be payable to the Association in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of this Article.
Dissolution of Association. 7.6.a If, on the winding up of the Association, there remains (after satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities) any property, this shall not be paid to or distributed among the members, or former members.

  • FORMATION OF ASSOCIATION 12.2.1 The Promoter shall, in accordance with Applicable Laws, call upon the respective apartment owners to form an association (“ASSOCIATION”), and it shall be incumbent upon the Allottee to join the Association as a member and for this purpose also from time to time sign and execute the application for registration and/or membership and the other papers and documents necessary for the same.
