DISSOLUTION OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION. In the event there is dissolution of the association, other than by death of a member, the State of Colorado, acting by and through the Principal Representative, shall designate which former member shall continue with the work and may make all payments thereafter falling due in connection with the work directly to the person or persons so designated and without being required to look to the application of such payments as among the former members.
