Distributed Energy Resource Provider Requirements. A Distributed Energy Resource Provider must satisfy all applicable rules and regulations of the Utility Distribution Company or Metered Subsystem tariffs as well as any requirements of the applicable Local Regulatory Authority, as well as applicable interconnection requirements, if any. A Distributed Energy Resource Provider must ensure that Distributed Energy Resources that comprise its Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation satisfy all applicable rules and regulations of Utility Distribution Company or Metered Subsystem tariffs, any requirements of the Local Regulatory Authority, as well as applicable interconnection requirements, if any. The Distributed Energy Resource Provider must certify to the CAISO that any required agreements between the Distributed Energy Resource Provider and the Load Serving Entities or other agreements required by the Local Regulatory Authority are fully executed.
