Disaster Recovery Plan definition

Disaster Recovery Plan means has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.2.3 of schedule 4 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity);
Disaster Recovery Plan means an applicable plan that describes the process and procedures required to be performed with respect to certain information technology in order to recover data in the event of a disaster.

More Definitions of Disaster Recovery Plan

Disaster Recovery Plan means has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.2.3 of Schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity);

Disaster Recovery Plan means the contingency and disaster recovery plan of the Intermediary, outlining how the Intermediary will manage demand surges, emergency and crisis situations, quality issues and any other factors that could disrupt the Services, to ensure that it continues uninterrupted and in compliance with the Applicable Law;
