If after forty-five (45) days a check remains uncashed and money remains in the Settlement Fund, the remainder of the money in the Settlement Fund shall revert to the City and Allied World Specialty Insurance Company and shall be paid to the City and Allied World Specialty Insurance Company by the Settlement Administrator on a 50-50 basis.
