Use of Material The Employer intends using the information provided by the Consultant for purposes including: • professional advice regarding decisions to be made in connection with the subject matter of the services; • inputs into the work of others and the administration of contracts; and • professional inputs into the delivery process Task specific use of information provided by the Consultant is set out in the Task Order.
No Additional Work or Material No claim for additional services, not specifically provided in this contract, performed or furnished by the contractor, will be allowed, nor may the contractor do any work or furnish any material not covered by the contract unless the work or material is ordered in writing by the Project Director and approved by the Agency Head.
Return of Materials Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, or upon written request of the Company, the Recipient shall promptly return to the Company all documents and other tangible materials representing the Company’s Confidential Information and all copies thereof.
