Distribution of Contracts. The District shall distribute annual contracts to all exempt administrators to whom it intends to offer employment. Said contract will have an effective date of July 1. Exempt administrators who hold a certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education must receive the annual contract no later than May 15 of the current contract year. Exempt administrators who do not hold a certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education must receive the annual contract prior to July 1.
