Distribution of Directories. 4.2.3.1 Subject to AT&T-21STATE’s practices, as well as the rules and regulations applicable to the provision of white page directories, each CLEC subscriber may receive one copy per primary End User listing, as provided by CLEC, of the appropriate AT&T-21STATE white pages directory in the same manner, format and at the same time that they are delivered to AT&T-21STATE’s subscribers.
