Distribution of Project Information Sample Clauses

Distribution of Project Information. No reports, information or other material given to or prepared by the Design Professional under this Contract shall be made available to any person not directly or indirectly involved with the construction or design of the Project by the Design Professional without the prior written approval of the Owner unless otherwise required to do so by law.

Distribution of Project Information. The Architect shall promptly furnish to the Owner’s Representative copies of all drawings, documents, reports, correspondence, studies, meeting minutes and other written records, on any media, created by the Architect or which come into the possession of the Architect and which are required, desired or necessary to keep the Owner informed of the progress of the Architect’s Services or the progress of the Project, or as otherwise may be requested by the Owner pursuant to this Agreement. Deliverables for the final Design Development Phase documents shall be at a minimum three (3) hard copies of all documents submitted for review and one (1) copy of all documents in approved electronic media, unless otherwise directed by the Owner.
