Distribution of Time Off. Once the total volume of work has been established using the process set out within (2) above, the Parties will reach agreement on the number of Scottish National Committee members that will be required to be “off line” whole time for the year ahead. Alternatives may be discussed with a view to reaching agreement only if it is proposed by either of the Parties that the workload be shared among some or all Scottish National Committee members on a non- whole time off line basis.
