Common use of Distribution of Written Materials Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by the Trustee pursuant to this trust agreement shall be delivered or sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as the Parent utilizes in communications to holders of Parent Common Share) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Corporation. The Corporation shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense: (a) current lists of the Beneficiaries and the registered holders of Exchangeable Shares; and (b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this trust agreement.

The Corporation THC shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense: (a) a current lists of the Beneficiaries and the registered holders of Exchangeable SharesList; and (b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this trust agreement.
