Distributor may make enquiries. If the Distributor believes that the Retailer should have given notice under clause 12.11 and the Distributor has not received any such notice, the Distributor may enquire of the Retailer as to whether it should have given such notice. Any such enquiry will be in writing and be addressed to the Chief Executive of the Retailer. If notice should have been given, the Retailer will give notice immediately, or if no notice is required, the Retailer will respond to the Distributor in writing within 2 Working Days of receipt of the Distributor’s notice under this clause 12.13.
