Common use of Distributor Personnel Clause in Contracts

Distributor Personnel. DISTRIBUTOR will train and maintain a sufficient --------------------- number of capable technical and sales personnel, minimum of one full-time employee, having the knowledge and training necessary to: (i) inform potential Resellers and End Users properly concerning the features and capabilities of the Products and, if necessary, competitive products; (ii) service and support the Products in accordance with DISTRIBUTOR's obligations under this Agreement; and (iii) otherwise carry out the obligations and responsibilities of DISTRIBUTOR under this agreement.

DISTRIBUTOR will shall train and maintain a sufficient --------------------- number of capable technical and sales personnel, minimum of one full-time employee, having the knowledge and training necessary to: (i) inform potential Resellers and End Users properly concerning the features and capabilities of the Products and, if necessary, competitive productspersonnel at it's expense; (ii1) to serve the needs of its Dealers or End-Users for Localized COMPANY Products, service and support the Products in accordance with DISTRIBUTOR's obligations under this Agreementsupport; and (iii2) otherwise to carry out the obligations and responsibilities of DISTRIBUTOR under pursuant to this agreementAgreement.
