Distributor to schedule Planned. Service Interruptions to minimise disruption: The Distributor will endeavour in accordance with Good Electricity Industry Practice to schedule Planned Service Interruptions in a safe and efficient manner and with consideration to minimising disruption to Customers. The Distributor’s failure to meet its obligations under this clause 4.8 will not constitute a breach of this Agreement, and no remedies are available to the Trader in respect of any such failure.
