Common use of Distributor’s costs Clause in Contracts

Distributor’s costs. All expenses, costs and charges incurred by the Distributor in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement shall be paid by the Distributor, unless the Supplier has expressly agreed in advance in writing to pay such expenses, costs and charges.
