Common use of District E-mail Clause in Contracts

District E-mail. The CCE/AFT shall have the right to use the District e-mail system to communicate with employees in accordance with state law and District policies and procedures. E-mail communications for Union purposes will identify the Union in the subject heading of the communication, and may only be sent or responded to during breaks, lunch, before or after work hours, or during release time as provided by this Article.
