District Mail System. The Council and its affiliated unions shall have the right to use the Employer's inter- District mail system for a reasonable volume of appropriate announcements relating to the conduct of union business on behalf of the union members. Such materials shall not contain anything political or reflect adversely upon the District, any of its employees or any labor organization amongst its employees. This use includes the use of District email as long as such email use is compliant with District policies and procedures.

District Mail System. The Union shall have the right to use the District’s inter-district mail system for a reasonable volume of appropriate announcements, newsletters and educational materials relating to the conduct of Union business on behalf of the Union members. The Union shall provide the District with a copy of any documents sent through the District’s inter-district mail system for general distribution.

  • Campus Mail ‌ The University agrees to permit the Union the use of Campus Mail facilities for business pertaining to the Union and in order that all members of the bargaining unit be kept well- informed of Union meetings. All postage for metered mail must be supplied by the Union.
