District-paid Insurance Program for Retirees. 19.2.1 The District shall provide the annual fringe benefit entitlement for insurance coverage as described in paragraph 19.1.2 above, with a District contribution limited to the amount paid by the District during the employee's last year of service for persons who have retired from the District when such persons meet the following qualifications:
