Tender Prices and discounts 13.1 The prices quoted by the Tenderer in the Form of Tender and in the Price, Schedules shall conform to the requirements specified below.
Justice and Dignity The Parties agree that in certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both Employer and employees that employees be reassigned or removed from all job sites during an investigation of conduct.
