Common use of District Property Clause in Contracts

District Property. District hereby deems all information, documents, and property contained in or on District property privileged and confidential. Any removal or disclosure of any privileged and confidential materials by Provider without express written consent of District shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement.
