District Proposals. ‌ The Governing Board shall present its proposals to GTA at the next regularly scheduled board meeting following public comment on GTA’s proposals. Thereafter, the parties shall meet and negotiate as soon as practicable. The first negotiating session for the upcoming school year shall be held no later than the last instructional day. Negotiations on cost items may start after the state budget and District budget updates based on the state budget are completed.
