District Responsibility. The District's only responsibility shall be to transmit the moneys to the trustee of the fund, and the District shall not be responsible for the benefits provided for the employee through the fund, or for any of the insurance coverage purchased thereafter. Any other District employee not covered by this agreement may participate in this provision.
