District Responsibility. 1. The District and CSEA shall jointly request donations for the Catastrophic Leave Bank on an annual basis, and, at any time the account balance diminishes below forty (40) eligible leave hours. 2. The District shall maintain the Catastrophic Leave Bank and provide forms for unit members to use who wish to donate hours to the bank. 3. The distribution of the leave hours shall be approved by the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources, or designee, and the Chapter President #379, or designee. 4. The District shall provide the Chapter President #379, or designee, an annual report of the balance of the catastrophic leave bank upon request, not to exceed two (2) times per year.
