Common use of District’s Contract Administrator Clause in Contracts

District’s Contract Administrator. The responsibilities of the District’s Contract Administrator include: ▪ Ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met; and ▪ Providing direction to the Contractor in the areas relating to District policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements; and

The responsibilities of the District’s Contract Administrator include: ▪ Ensuring  ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met; and ▪ Providing  making changes in the terms and conditions of this Contract in accordance with Sub-paragraph 8.1, Amendments; and providing direction to the Contractor in the areas relating to District policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements; and
