Common use of District’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

District’s Obligations. The District’s obligations under Section 9.3 are: (1) to notify any unit member identified by the Association as specified in Section 9.3.2 that, as a condition of employment in the District, the unit member must either become an Association member, pay an agency fee, or establish an exempt status and make payment pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement; and (2) deduct from pay appropriate amounts pursuant to Sections 9.2 and 9.

Under no circumstances shall the District be required to dismiss or otherwise discipline any unit member for failure to fulfill the obligation to pay the fees established in this Article.

The District’s obligations under Section 9.3 this Article are: : (1) to notify any unit member identified by who has failed to comply with the Association as specified in provisions of this Section 9.3.2 that, as a condition of employment in the District, the unit member must either become an Association member, pay an agency a service fee, or establish an exempt status and make payment pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement; and (2) deduct from pay appropriate amounts pursuant to Sections 9.2 4.4.2 and 94.4.3. Under no circumstances shall the District be required to dismiss or otherwise discipline any unit member for failure to fulfill their obligations to pay the fees established in this Article.

Under no circumstances shall the District be required to dismiss or otherwise discipline any unit member for failure to fulfill their obligations to pay the fees established herein.
