DIVERSITY & EQUALITY. 10.1 Both Parties shall ensure that they actively promote equality of opportunity for and good relations between all persons irrespective of their race, gender, gender reassignment, disability, age, sexual orientation or religion or belief. Both Parties commit to providing services that embrace diversity and promotes equality of opportunity and shall ensure that they are embedded in day to day working practices with customers, colleagues and Partners.
