DIVERSITY SCORE. CALCULATION The Diversity Score is calculated as follows: (a) An “Issuer Par Amount” is calculated for each issuer of a Collateral Obligation, and is equal to the Aggregate Principal Balance of all the Collateral Obligations issued by that issuer and all affiliates. (b) An “Average Par Amount” is calculated by summing the Issuer Par Amounts for all issuers, and dividing by the number of issuers. (c) An “Equivalent Unit Score” is calculated for each issuer, and is equal to the lesser of (x) one and (y) the Issuer Par Amount for such issuer divided by the Average Par Amount. (d) An “Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score” is then calculated for each of the S&P Industry Classifications, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. ▇▇▇ shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by ▇▇▇.
