Division into phases. The procurement contract has 2 phases, each of which is indivisible but phase 2 can only start once phase 1 is complete. A tender for part of the phases is inadmissible. Division into phases. ‌ If the Delivery is divided into Partial Deliveries, Appendix 1 and Appendix 3 provide a statement of the number of Phases, deadlines and the specific contents of the individual Partial Deliveries. Tests will be conducted for each Partial Delivery and for the Delivery as a whole, cf. clause 8. A Partial Delivery may be deployed subject to the conditions set out in clause 9. Acceptance of Partial Deliveries will be effected jointly upon approval of the acceptance test for the Delivery, cf. clause 10.

  • Phases Contractor acknowledges and agrees the Project will progress in phases, in accordance with the Project Schedule. Contractor shall prepare, for Owner Parties’ review and approval, a separate Construction Schedule, for each phase. Each phase shall commence upon Owner Parties’ issuance of a Notice to Proceed for such phase and shall achieve Substantial Completion by the milestone dates set forth in the Contract Documents, including the Construction Schedule.
