Division of Taxes. In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act and the terms of the Resolution, the Authority hereby provides that any ad valorem tax on any Lot or Lots located in the Redevelopment Project Area for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date (the “Effective Date”), as described in Section 18-2147 (1) of the Act, which Effective Date shall be the January 1, 2020. Said taxes shall be divided as follows:
(a) That portion of the ad valorem tax on the real estate located in the Redevelopment Project Area which is produced by levy at the rate fixed each year by or for each public body upon the "redevelopment project valuation" (as defined in the Act) of the Redevelopment Project Area shall be paid into the funds of each such public body in the same proportion as all other taxes collected by or for the bodies; and
(b) That portion of the ad valorem tax on real property in the Redevelopment Project Area in excess of such amount (the "Incremental Ad Valorem Tax"), if any, shall be allocated to, is pledged to, and, when collected, paid into a special fund of the Authority (designated in the Resolution as the "Note Fund") to pay the principal of, the interest on, and any premium due in connection with the Indebtedness. When such Indebtedness, including interest and premium due have been paid, the Authority shall so notify the County Assessor and County Treasurer and all ad valorem taxes upon real property in such Phase shall be paid into the funds of the respective public bodies.
Division of Taxes. In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act, the Agency hereby includes in the Redevelopment Plan of the Agency a provision that any ad valorem tax on real property in that portion of the Project, described in Exhibit A, for the benefit of any public body be "divided" for a period of up to fifteen years after the effective date of this provision as provided in Section 18-2147 of the Act. The effective date of this provision shall be January 1, 2022. The City and Agency will timely file all appropriate notice with the Xxxxxx County Treasurer and Assessor regarding the division of ad valorem taxes, as provided in Section 18-2147 of the Act.
Division of Taxes. In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act and the terms of the Resolution, the Authority hereby provides that any ad valorem tax on any Lot or Lots located in the Redevelopment Project Area identified from time to time by the Redeveloper (such Lot or Lots being referred to herein as a "Phase") as identified in a written notice from the Redeveloper to the Authority in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F (each, a "Redevelopment Contract Amendment Notice") for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date of this provision as set forth in the Redevelopment Contract Amendment Notice and reflected in a Redevelopment Contract Amendment, consistent with the Redevelopment Plan. Said taxes shall be divided as follows:
(a) That portion of the ad valorem tax on real property in each Phase which is produced by xxxx at the rate fixed each year by or for each public body upon the "redevelopment project valuation" (as defined in the Act) of the Lots within such Phase shall be paid into the funds of each such public body in the same proportion as all other taxes collected by or for the bodies; and
(b) That portion of the ad valorem tax on real property in each Phase in excess of such amount (the "Incremental Ad Valorem Tax"), if any, shall be allocated to, is pledged to, and, when collected, paid into a special fund of the Authority (designated in the Resolution as the "Bond Fund") to pay the principal of, the interest on, and any premium due in connection with the Indebtedness. When such Indebtedness, including interest and premium due have been paid, the Authority shall so notify the County Assessor and County Treasurer and all ad valorem taxes upon real property in such Phase shall be paid into the funds of the respective public bodies.

In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act, the Authority hereby provides that any ad valorem tax on the following real property in the Project: to wit: the property shown on attached Exhibit A, for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date of this provision as set forth in this section. The effective date of this provision shall be January 1, 2013.
(a) That proportion of the ad valorem tax which is produced by xxxx at the rate fixed each year by or for each public body upon the Redevelopment Project Valuation (as defined in the Act) shall be paid into the funds of each such public body in the same proportion as all other taxes collected by or for the bodies; and
(b) That proportion of the ad valorem tax on real property in the Redevelopment Area in excess of such amount (the “Incremental Ad Valorem Tax”), if any, shall be allocated to, is pledged to, and, when collected, paid into a special fund of the Authority to pay the principal of, the interest on, and any premiums due in connection with the bonds, loans, notes or advances of money to, or indebtedness incurred by whether funded, refunded, assumed, or otherwise, such Authority for financing or refinancing, in whole or in part, such Project. When such bonds, loans, notes, advances of money, or indebtedness, including interest and premium due have been paid, the Authority shall so notify the County Assessor and County Treasurer and all ad valorem taxes upon real property in such Project shall be paid into the funds of the respective public bodies.

The effective date of this provision shall be January 1, 2007.

Said taxes shall be divided as follows:

In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act, the Authority hereby includes in the Redevelopment Plan of the Authority a provision that any ad valorem tax on real property in the that portion of the Project, described on Exhibit A, for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date of this provision as provided in Section 18-2147 of the Act. The effective date of this provision shall be January 1, 2007, as to the real estate selected by the Developer, on or before August 1, 2007, to be not less than ten residential lots. The City and Authority will timely file all appropriate notice with the Xxxxxx County Treasurer and Assessor regarding the division of ad valorem taxes, as provided in Section 18-2147 of the Act.

In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act, the Village hereby provides that any ad valorem tax on real property in the Project for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date of this provision as set forth in this section. The effective date of this provision shall be January 1, 2007.
(a) That proportion of the ad valorem tax which is produced by levy at the rate fixed each year by or for each public body upon the Redevelopment Project Valuation (as defined in the Act) shall be paid into the funds of each such public body in the same proportion as all other taxes collected by or for the bodies; and
(b) That proportion of the ad valorem tax on real property in the Redevelopment Area in excess of such amount, if any, shall be allocated to, is pledged to, and, when collected, paid into a special fund of the Village to pay the principal of, the interest on, and any premiums due in connection with the bonds, loans, notes or advances of money to, or indebtedness incurred by, whether funded, refunded, assumed, or otherwise, such Village for financing or refinancing, in whole or in part, such Project. When such bonds, loans, notes, advances of money, or indebtedness, including interest and premium due have been paid, the Village shall so notify the County Assessor and County Treasurer and all ad valorem taxes upon real property in such Project shall be paid into the funds of the respective public bodies.
Division of Taxes. In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act, the Authority hereby amends the Redevelopment Plan of the Authority by providing that any ad valorem tax on real property in the Project for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of Fifteen years after the effective date of this provision as provided in Section 18-2147 of the Act or until $55,575.00 is provided through TIF, whichever occurs sooner. The effective date of this provision shall be January 1, 2011.
Division of Taxes. In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act and the terms of the Resolution, the Authority hereby provides that any ad valorem tax on any Lot or Lots located in the Redevelopment Project Area identified from time to time by the Redeveloper (such Lot or Lots being referred to herein as a "Phase") as identified in a Redevelopment Contract Amendment executed on behalf of the Redeveloper and delivered to the Authority in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E (each, a "Redevelopment Contract Amendment") for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date (the “Effective Date”), as described in Section 18-2147 (1) of the Act (which Effective date shall be the January 1 of the year in which the division of taxes occurs which shall be the Division Date as described in Starostka Contracting Fifth Street-Contract
