COMPETENT SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY Identify the competent supervisory authority/ies in accordance with Clause 13 Where the data exporter is established in an EU Member State: The supervisory authority with responsibility for ensuring compliance by the data exporter with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as regards the data transfer shall act as competent supervisory authority. Where the data exporter is not established in an EU Member State, but falls within the territorial scope of application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in accordance with its Article 3(2) and has appointed a representative pursuant to Article 27(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679: The supervisory authority of the Member State in which the representative within the meaning of Article 27(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 is established shall act as competent supervisory authority.
BOARD OF EDUCATION RIGHTS A. The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the school district, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitations, all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and the Constitution of the State of Michigan and/or the United States.
Official Representatives 18. The Association may select as many as five (5) members of the Association to attend during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Human Resources, the Director of Employee Relations, or designee, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussions, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings.
Authority of Representative The Representative shall have the power, on behalf of each Holder, to pursue such remedies as may be available by law and pursuant to this Revenue Sharing Agreement, for the purpose of maximizing the return to the Holders as a group, and to settle the claims of each Holder on such terms as the Representative may determine in its sole and unlimited discretion, subject to the other provisions of this Revenue Sharing Agreement. The Representative may pursue such remedies notwithstanding that the Representative does not have physical possession of the Notes and without naming the Holders as parties.
