Common use of DOCK Status Clause in Contracts

DOCK Status. If an employee has exhausted all paid leave, voluntary docks may be granted at the sole discretion of the Employer as per Section 15.03 of this Agreement. The requirement to exhaust all paid leave as a condition of requesting voluntary docks does not apply to absences due to Union business as defined in Section 15.03 (D).
