Doctors’ fee. Surgeon, Anaesthetist, Medical Practitioner, Consultants’ Specialist fees, and any such fee paid to the doctor shall be reimbursed as per actual.

DIRECTORS' FEES Directors' fees and other similar payments derived by a resident of a Contracting State in his capacity as a member of the board of directors of a company which is a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State.
Lump Sum Payment Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, in lump sum, an amount equal to 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation incurred under this Agreement, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs. Method B - Monthly Payments. Lump Sum The Change Order cost is determined by mutual agreement as a lump sum amount changing the Contract Sum allowed for completion of the Work. The Change Order shall be substantiated by documentation itemizing the estimated quantities and costs of all labor, materials and equipment required as well as any xxxx-up used. The price change shall include the cost percent allowed for the Contractor's overhead and profit and, if eligible, Time Dependent Overhead Costs.

Public Benefit It is Solid & Striped’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Solid & Striped under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Solid & Striped that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Solid & Striped failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DINP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Solid & Striped is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.
Education Benefits Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, academic staff members who qualify for benefits in accordance with Article 23.5.1.1 may take a credit, or non-credit language class offered by the University of Xxxxxx provided it does not interfere with performance of duties as determined by the Xxxx. The member and the Xxxx may discuss ways in which duties may be reassigned to make it possible for the member to take the class. Upon successful completion, reimbursement of tuition will be provided for one class per semester.
' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.
Deferred Salary Scheme Employees may apply to have their salary payments deferred in accordance with the provisions of this clause.
