Document/Information Release. Documents and materials released to Consultant, which are identified by City as sensitive and confidential, are City’s property. The document/material must be issued by and returned to City upon completion of the services under this Agreement. Consultant secondary distribution, disclosure, copying, or duplication in any manner is prohibited without City’s prior written approval. The document/material must be kept secure at all times. This directive applies to all City documents, whether in photographic, printed, or electronic data format.
